Delegate Services
At ACC Liverpool we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and high quality of customer care. Innovative and unique, we provide a range of services on site to make your visit to ACC Liverpool as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Food and drink
Our service partner, Heathcotes Outside, provides all catering at ACC Liverpool. Led by award-winning chef Paul Heathcote, the team has an excellent reputation for sourcing tasty, organic local produce, its commitment to green credentials and excellent customer service. Heathcotes Outside supplies the food throughout the ACC; food for your conference or banquet will be prepared to order, allowing us to cater for different food or menu choices and provide you with the freshest, tastiest local and seasonal produce. A wide range of sandwiches and snacks are also on sale in the Galleria café.
BT Convention Centre Services
Business Centre and Wi-Fi
The Business Centre is approximately half way along the Galleria, and includes photocopying, stapling facilities, a courier service, faxing, laminating and scanning and secretarial services. The internet café contains between four and six workstations and Wi-Fi is available across the entire BT Convention Centre.
Visitor Services
Visitor Services is immediately to your left as you enter the building from the city side; if you are visiting the BT Convention Centre for a conference or exhibition, registration desks will be to your right as you enter, again from the city side.
The Visitor Services desk has a stock of local bus, ferry and Merseyrail timetables and can help you with up-to-the-minute information about local and national rail services. The visitor services desk will also be able to book you a taxi, either a private hire vehicle or a five-seater, wheelchair-accessible Hackney cab, depending on your preference.
There are two permanent cloakrooms, one on each side of the Convention Centre. There are toilets on every level; walk down the steps before the riverside exit or take the escalator down to the lower Galleria – the toilets are behind the escalators.
A Barclays cash machine is also situated on site, on the riverside of the building. Walk down the steps before the exit and the machine is on the left; there is no charge for using it.
BT Convention Centre delegates benefit from a range of discounts from venues within a ten-minute radius; the Delegate Discount Card (which we work on with The Mersey Partnership) is available to all delegates at the Visitor Services Desk or Business Centre. The pack also includes a map and a list of venues that offer discounts to our delegates; you’ll also receive a leaflet with details of store offers for the Liverpool One shopping centre.
Liverpool One is the nearest shopping centre, a ten- to fifteen-minute walk from the ACC Liverpool's cityside; cross towards the Albert Dock at Gower Street and head for the Pump House – Liverpool One and Chavasse Park are opposite you, across Hartley Quay. Delegates will also receive discounts at the Met Quarter arcade in Whitechapel, on the other side of Liverpool One.
